✨ As I reflect on the past 10 years I realise that this time has seen more spiritual, emotional & internal growth than any of my other decades. I sit with a grateful heart, for all of the triumphs, tough times & self work that I have gone through. For all of the times I could’ve quit & for all of the times I aspired to bring about happiness into my life & of those close to me. We all have our demons & we all know our inner most shadow selves are a constant work in progress. These past years have me grateful to be standing as a strong women on this earth, grateful that my days are filled with love & laughter, grateful that even amongst the storms of life I still stand strong & firm but all importantly true to myself. ☀️
So if this is 40, I welcome it, I embrace it & am so very blessed to be living it.

Apologies for the slow replies this past week, iv needed to step back & do some self care. As much as we keep powering on, sometimes we just need to rest & rejuvenate 🙏 Filling our cups is an imperative part of our own self healing & sometimes ya just gotta wave that white flag to retreat, recoup & regroup.
