💪 Running at lower & high speeds have 3-4x & 6-8x body weight demands on the calf, respectively!
✅️ Using a mix of isometric holds, heavy calf raises at inner, middle, and outer ranges, faster reps, and plyometric exercises are the best way to get well rounded calf strength.
