TARDISS is a local disability support service dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. TARDISS is more than just a workplace โ€“ we're a community that values individuality, diversity, and potential. We believe that the right attitude, passion, and values are just as important as skills and experience and we're looking for passionate Lifestyle Support Workers to join our Charters Towers team.

Weโ€™re looking for compassionate, driven individuals where we focus on abilities, not just qualifications. Whether youโ€™re an experienced support worker already working in the disability sector or bringing new skills from a different field, we want to hear your story. You will assist our participants with community access and recreational activities, personal care, manual handling, transportation and social support and a range of other activities.

TARDISS recognises that everyone starts somewhere, thatโ€™s why we provide comprehensive training and mentorship for those new to the field. Our supportive environment ensures you have the tools and confidence you need to succeed, no matter your background.
