Disability Support Workers – Casual (Potential for Permanent Part-Time)
Townsville and Charters Towers QLD
Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We’re seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to
join our experienced teams in Townsville and Charters Towers
At Tardiss, we’ve been proudly supporting people with disability for over 15 years. As a flexible, person-centred, family
oriented, and professional NDIS-registered provider, we’re committed to helping our team grow alongside our
participants. We are proud of the amazing support we deliver to our participants and team – and we always find time for
a bit of fun too!
About the Role:
• Casual position with the opportunity to transition to permanent part-time after successful completion of
probation.
• Work across a variety of shift times, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays on a rotational roster.
• Support participants in achieving their goals and maintaining independence within their homes and community.
What We’re Looking For:
• Compassionate individuals with a genuine interest in supporting people with disability.
• Happy personality with a willingness to undertake training and develop professionally.
• Reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, (Yellow Card)
• Working with Children and Vulnerable Persons Clearance (Blue Card)
• Current Drivers Licence
• Own roadworthy, registered and insured vehicle
• Identification Documents: Australian Citizenship or Visa Documents
• Australian Birth Certificate or current Australian Passport
