Keola Health and Well-being is a newly established NDIS provider that services the Townsville community and surrounding area. Keola Health and Well-being is built on trust, loyalty, inclusivity, and providing exceptional individualized services to our participants. Keola Health and Well-being are urgently looking for hard-working community support professionals that can grow and develop with us.

No previous experience necessary. Extensive training will be supplied in-house and hands-on with our participants.

Essential Criteria:
- Current Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current First aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable car with full comprehensive insurance
- Current driver’s license
- NDIS Worker’s orientation module
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Card (Yellow Card)
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Hold a certificate in individual care or be willing to study
- Work Authorization: Australia resident or working visa
- Hard worker
- Open, honest communication
- Available for immediate start

About the role:
Keola Health and Well-being are currently looking for a hard-working registered nurse or enrolled nurse that can grow and develop with us. Experience within a similar position desirable but not essential. Within your role as a nurse, you will be tasked with supporting our high intensity participants to remain independent at home and achieve their goals. As a nurse with Keola Health, you will be required to work autonomously and produce high quality, evidence-based assessments and reports that are used to enhance the health and well-being of our participants.

• Current Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Current First aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
• Current AHPRA registration
• Reliable car with full comprehensive insurance
• Current driver’s license

Job types: Permanent Part Time, above-award wages
Flexible hours to suit your work/life balance, with 38 hours per week guaranteed.

About the role:
Keola Health and Well-being are currently looking for a hard-working Supervisor that can grow and develop with us. Experience within a similar position desirable but not essential. Within your role as a supervisor, you will be tasked to support participants and employees within the community. As a Supervisor you will be required to, but not limited to, assist to train new employees working within your team, complete progress and client check ins, collaborate with participants and support coordinators, and assist employees through day-to-day tasks.
