I hope everyone had a good weekend and got some downtime. I had a wonderful day on Sunday. Held a beautiful Cacao circle with 4 other gorgeous souls and then my family and I went to the strand. I love standing with the sea breeeze in my face and soft green grass between my toes, followed by dinner and of course, ice cream! I’m curious… Let me know what you do for self care, what makes you feel relaxed and special.

My January offering

Sunday 29th January, 2pm, Hyde Park.

It’s time to put the week aside and join together to share some cacao. It’s time to STOP, take a BREATHER, and reconnect with both yourself and some other like-minded souls!
Never been to a circle before?

Here’s what to expect:
✔ A group of people ready to share without judgment
✔ A place to take your mask off and truly be yourself
✔ A feeling of “belonging” or “coming home”
✔ An open and safe forum to share whatever is on your mind
✔ A space to heal, grow and learn
✔ Discussions around topics that allow you to dig deep and have your own ah ha moments
✔ Meditation and grounding
✔Laughter and bonds
✔ Some light nibbles and cacao (a beautiful warm sweet cup of chocolate that is considered a heart-opening medicine by the shamanic culture)
✔ Wear something comfortable and get ready to leave feeling inspired, empowered, and with a full cup. If you have your favourite mug or cup feel free to bring it along

“I didn’t know how much I needed a circle until
I experienced it. I’m already looking forward to my next one….”

A few pics from a circle I held at home last week. It was truly a beautiful afternoon of connection and belonging. We had every age and stage from my gorgeous granddaughter at 1.5 years old to over 70. The wisdom in the group was phenomenal.
