Our systems are so clever & know how to function, however they are heavily burdened with the current diets & lifestyles (this includes stress) of so many. They weren’t designed to consume what many do & the way in which many do. Our systems cant be plugged into a wall & upgraded to keep up, the way we expect it to.

Seeing this video & understanding how this one particular system works may hopefully encourage many to better nurture & respect a system we clearly can not see from the outside.

Symptoms are messages from the body.

My spin on it is, it’s not about deprivation/restriction. Because let’s be honest…who here appreciates when someone tells you that “you can’t have something” 😉 lol 😂

I prefer to make more conscious choices around what I’m going to have & how it’s going to make me feel annnnnnd Yes I too am human so I don’t ALWAYS 💯 make all the best choices living a “balanced life” but believe me, my body will share its message loud & clear & for that I’m grateful as it keeps me more in check than out.

So next time before you make a choice out of “habit” why not connect to consciously choose from a mindset of “how will this make me feel” … I challenge you to try it. At least once! Big changes can start with a 2mm shift through conscious consumption & commitment to consistency 🙌🏼😁
