My after service 𝓩𝓔𝓝 𝓢𝓟𝓐𝓒𝓔 to serve myself to health!

Another fully booked day!
7 Colonic clients & 2 Sauna clients

There are many physical health benefits to 𝓘𝓷𝓯𝓻𝓪𝓻𝓮𝓭 𝓢𝓪𝓾𝓷𝓪 𝓣𝓱𝓮𝓻𝓪𝓹𝔂 but for me honestly it’s my post work solo space to honour my mental well-being. A place to relax & reflect on the day, the clients, their stories, their journeys & the connections made.

I usually like to sauna between 3-4 times a week after work. As the clinic opens until 6/7pm it means I get home from work around 7-8pm & it is ohhhhhh so worth it. I highly recommend investing in a sauna for home use if it’s within your scope.

When I’m not having a solo sauna I also enjoy sharing the space with a girlfriend for a healthy catch up.

I was fortunate to meet this caring soul in January 2021 at our Colon Hydrotherapy training course in Melbourne. Needless to say we’ve been soul sisters ever since 💫💖

Some may still ponder on how one comes to choose to open a business or follow a career path in Colon Hydrotherapy (I know I get asked often) truthfully, it’s predominantly because of our own personal journeys with our gut symptoms & related areas of dis-ease in the body that has us lead us into exploring more natural, holistic health care therapies 🌿💚

Andrea’s calm, caring & kind nature allow her clients to feel comfortable & her wealth of knowledge offers confidence in her services offered. Not to mention she’s an absolute hoot & loves to laugh 🤣

It’s vacay vibes!!!
I genuinely love wearing all the hats that I do in my business (especially when I am being of service) as equally as I love honouring myself with regular travels for some much needed R&R!
