• Limit your screen time – set daily boundaries so social media doesn’t take over your day
• Follow positive content – surround your feed with accounts that inspire, educate, and uplift
• Avoid comparison – remember, you’re seeing highlights, not real life
• Take regular breaks – step away to reset your mind and reconnect with the real world
• Be mindful of your feelings – if something makes you feel anxious or low, it’s okay to unfollow
