I’m so sorry ~ I won’t be able to teach yoga Sunday morning, my voice is still not 100% and it will be best to rest it.

A glorious Sunday morning on The Strand for Rise & Shine Yoga. This week I will be at Muscle & Fitness Kirwan Tuesday 6am Bodypump, 11:15am Prime. Wednesday 8:45am Bodypump, 10am Yin Yoga. Thursday 5:15am Bodypump, 6am Pilates, 11:15am Prime. Yoga on The Strand Sunday 8am Rise & Shine Yoga.
