We’re proud to partner with Seed Foundation Australia, an organisation dedicated to supporting young First Nations peoples on their education and employment journey in the health and social services sector.

Seed Foundation Australia provides holistic, wrap-around support, working closely with First Nations students enrolled in Connect n Grow programs to offer mentoring, pathway planning, job readiness support, and guidance through to completion.

Together, we’re strengthening pathways, building confidence, and supporting the next generation of First Nations health and community leaders. ✨️
