🎂HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BUSINESS 🎂

To celebrate my little massage business turning the big

10 years old,

this month I am giving away a Birthday Bash Box full of 10 things.

I will draw a random clients name on May 1 and they will receive this awesome box full of goodies.

Present #5 A squish ball. This will be really handy for the winners hands. ✋️ They will be able to squish it in their hands to help keep their hands supple and moving in a good way.

Present #6 A golf ball. Sure, if the winner plays golf they can use it for their next game BUT if not then it's great for a foot massage. Just place it on a towel or a jam jar lid and they can roll their foot over it using whatever pressure they like. This will keep their feet supple and moving in a good way as well.

I am very much enjoying this month of my BUSINESS BIRTHDAY BASH. 😍

April is the month I always celebrate my business's birthday and this year it's a BIG one...

10 years!!!

To celebrate I always give my clients a Business Birthday Special.

BUT this year I am giving away a Business Birthday Bash box containing 10 presents to a lucky randomly picked client

Present #3 A $10 off voucher because who doesn't like a discount. 😉

Present #4 A custom made heat pack to sooth any sore or tired muscles.

I can't wait to draw this on 1st of May!!!

🎂HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BUSINESS🎂

This month marks a BIG milestone with my massage business...

10 YEARS!!!!!

And as always I like to celebrate my business's birthday by giving my lovely and loyal clients a gift.

Usually it's a little discount on their treatment BUT this year there is a little extra present.

Anyone who has a treatment with me this month goes into the draw to win a box full of 10 presents.

Present #1 is....A water bottle. I am always reminding my clients to drink more water, and what better way to remind the winner than having a new water bottle. 💧

Present #2... A handmade crochet water bottle holder so that it will encourage the winner to take the water bottle with them more so they drink more water. 💧🧶

I have the most wonderful clients and I am so grateful for each and every one of them, hence why I want to give back.

And a special shout out to one of my lovely clients for bringing me such beautiful flowers to help celebrate my business's birthday. 💐

Me: A Barbie has decided to use my shoe as a car and I can't take her out, she's got places to be and people to see.

𝕋𝕙𝕒𝕟𝕜𝕗𝕦𝕝𝕝 𝕋𝕙𝕦𝕣𝕤𝕕𝕒𝕪

Today I am grateful...

🏝 I am officially on holidays until next Wednesday.

🎄That I was able to support a participant yesterday, it was lovely that they were able to see family for part of the day.

🎄 I had a very yummy home cooked plant based Christmas dinner. 😋

🎁 I received some beautiful and very thoughtful gifts yesterday.

🫧 That I didn't jump on my treadmill today BUT instead washed half of my gym mats. 9 1/2 done and 12 to go. (You are probably going but Jane that doesn't math. Well you are correct, the end that I did only has 9 1/2 mats because my treadmill would have taken up the other 2 1/2 mats.)

✅️ I have a list of things I would like to do in my time off and have already ticked one off.

𝕋𝕣𝕖𝕞𝕖𝕟𝕕𝕠𝕦𝕤 𝕋𝕦𝕖𝕤𝕕𝕒𝕪

Ohhh man what a workout!!

I did 10 plank burbees in 2:30, something I will be working on to improve my score.

Here's the thing about burbees though.

I NEVER did them when I was doing training with my awesome PT.

Like NEVER EVER EVER!!!

Mainly because he was all about Functional Fitness and we discussed the fact that the only people who would actually use the moments in a burpee would be nippers/lifesavers and army dudes out on patrol.

We didn't list the one type of person who does use this movement and that is wrestlers.

So burpees it is. 😆

I am quite happy I have now set a bench mark and I know, particularly after today that my body IS getting faster and stronger and fitter.

I was able to do increase my jump squats to 10 today without too much trouble.

I increased my sky jump round to 2 per set instead of 1 per set.

Sure towards the end of both these exercises I started to lag, BUT I am super happy with my progress.

I very much enjoyed my workout today, also in the knowledge that tomorrow is a rest day. Yippee.

And Christmas day. Woo Hooooo!!!

It has made a great start to a very 𝕋𝕣𝕖𝕞𝕖𝕟𝕕𝕠𝕦𝕤 𝕋𝕦𝕖𝕤𝕕𝕒𝕪.
