North Queensland Physiotherapy Centre (NQPC) NQPC has been operating for over 20 years under the professional Directorship of Steven Sartori.

NQPC is a driven and enthusiastic healthcare group with a strong reputation for compassionate, effective, evidence based treatment. The team treat people of all ages with physical problems caused by illness, accident or ageing. Being a physiotherapist at North Queensland Physiotherapy Centre (NQPC) is all about teamwork. As well as being able to build up a rapport with our patients, we feel it is equally important to maintain communication with their relatives or careers as well as occupational therapists, GP's, health vistors, district nurses and social workers. North Queensland Physiotherapy Centre (NQPC) is committed to on-going professional development and support to the local community. NQPC offers the following services to the general public:
Physiotherapy, Post-Surgery Rehabiliation, Sports related injuries, Sports Science, Women's Health, Pre and Post-natal care, Back and Neck Pain, Lymphodema, Headaches and Migraines, Dry Needling, DVA, Work place Injuries - Workcover, EPC, Real Time Ultrasound, Musculoskeletal Screening, Pre-placement fit for work & functional capacity assessments, Clinical Pilates, Hydrotherapy

We have 2 of our NQPC Physios looking after NRLW teams this year. Maggie with our Cowboys and Melissa was recruited by the Warriors for this season. Warriors got the win last week but well done to both these legends.

We have added NINE new classes for 2025.

We have invested in more reformers and equipment for our Studio off the back of full classes and increasing demand.

💪🏾 Reformer & Mat Class
🦴 Bone Builder Class
👩‍🍼 Mums & Bubs Class

The Bone Builder classes are a lower intensity and more strength focused. Suitable for patients with osteopenia, osteoporosis and those struggling with strength training through niggling pain.

Please call reception if you have any queries about these classes or would like to book in.!

If you are new to reformer and mat work, we recommend a 1:1 session with a physio first to get familiar with the equipment and so we can modify any exercises for you.
The Bone Builder classes are fine to jump in and have a go.!

JC and Brodie were repping the Fire this weekend in Melbourne for the Basketball Australia High Performance Workshop.

Great opportunity to network with all medical and high performance staff across the WNBL and NBL - whilst hearing from some elite presenters on tendon injury, athlete monitoring and more.

Looking forward to see what the Opals and Boomers can do in Paris.!
