Any health and personal information of patients collected by the Practice are handled with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with the State’s privacy policy. Recall & Reminder System:
Our Practice Clinical software uses a reminder system to follow up on patients’ medical results. Normally, we would send out letters to patients regarding their results and text messages to patients who give their consent to be contacted by text. Communication Policy:
As per our policy, we receive all patients’ calls and make efforts to return missed calls if message is left on our voice message system. When you call and we are on the phone attending to another patient, we will put you on hold briefly to allow you listen to our on-hold message advising that you call 000 if your case is an emergency. If not, our reception staff will return to you to take a message or direct your call to the appropriate person. If your call is for the doctor, it will be transferred to the doctor who, depending on the urgency of the call and his availability, decides whether to answer the call immediately or ring you back later. Important Update: Bulk Billing at Olive Medical Centre

We are pleased to advise our patients that, effective from Tuesday, 8 April 2026, our clinic will now bulk bill selected Medicare-eligible services.

This includes standard GP consultations (attendance), health assessments, and chronic disease management services, in line with Medicare guidelines.

This change reflects our commitment to making healthcare more accessible and affordable for our community, while continuing to provide high-quality medical care.

Appointments are available, and new patients are welcome.

While we usually close on Holy Saturday and Easter Monday, our clinic will be OPEN today and also OPEN on Easter Monday to care for our patients.

Olive Medical Centre will be closed for the following days over the Easter Weekend.

Closed - Friday 3rd April
Open Saturday 4th April from 9am to 1pm
Closed - Sunday 5th April
Open - Monday 6th April from 9am to 1pm

The clinic will return to normal business hours from Tuesday 7th April 2026.
