What an absolute blast 2025 we have had.

✅️We have attended and provided First Aid at numerous Events
✅️ We have provided more than 1500 statement of attainments
✅️ We have successfully sold numerous AED, First Aid Kits and supplies
✅️ We have reached individual goals as trainers to ensure we continue to provide quality courses and the best of all is.....

✅️ We have met incredible people including YOU🫵 We could not of done this without you and we thank everyone for your support and trusting us in delivering First Aid courses to the wider community as we believe "First Aid is for Everyone"

And that's a wrap for 2025. Both Ayr and Townsville locations have finished for the year and we are now on a well deserved break.

We would like to thank you all for your continued support throughout 2025 and supporting local business as this was our 20th year in delivering quality First Aid Training, Kits and Supplies. We couldn't have done it without you🫵 so a huge THANK YOU.💐👏

If your heading to the beach this holiday or going for a dive or snorkel on the Great Barrier Reef ensure you have the following items with you in your First Aid Kit.

1. Vinegar at least 2 L
2. Snake Indication Bandage
3. Heat Packs (instant)
4. Ice packs (instant)

Remember spikes and barbs like stonefish apply heat
Tropical Jellyfish like our Box Jellyfish it's vinegar, then ice for pain relief.
Blue Ring Octopus is pressure immobilisation technique.

Be prepared this summer and call "000" or "112" for urgent medical attention.

Another year of First Aid and CPR renewals done with the team PhysioCare Townsville. The team loved the infants Christmas outfits and posed for a quick pic.

Great stocking fillers for Christmas. 44 piece first aid kits are great for your bag, school bag or suitcase for those little mishaps. Only $9.00.

Our Mr TJ is our new Elf in store and gets up to lots of mischief.

We are open most afternoons this week from 12noon onwards and on Saturday until 1pm and last chance is Monday 22nd Dec before we close for Christmas.

Happening now at Elliott Springs, Christmas in the park. Food trucks, markets and Mini Golf and movie at 7.30pm.
Lots of family fun.

Tuesday 9th December - Peta delievered CPR and First Aid Training to approx 60 teachers over the day at Townsville State High School.

How was this possible?? Mode of learning was online theory and face to face practical - over three sessions spread across the day.

Thank you for your support over the years and inviting us back to continue to deliever training to the wonderful staff.
