Of course, your facial wrinkles are telling a story, your life story. This is you, your story so far, anyway, as we live and learn our way through life. The laughter lines near our eyes can also represent stressing over small stuff. Mouth wrinkles can represent stomach issues and fears. Forehead wrinkles are your wisdom lines and are connected to your shoulders. I love using different ways and angles to delve deeper for personal healing, plus a face massage is always a bonus. This healing can be done distantly or remotely, but you miss out on the massage.💕

AHAA moments don’t come everyday.
Us Healers talk a lot about the breath, and apart from the obvious (keeping us alive), there’s good reason for it. We go through our day breathing automatically subconsciously seeing and listening to what we’re doing while we’re breathing. It makes sense to me to involve the senses of your eyes and ears into the letting go and releasing process. This does take the healing to a deeper place.
Helps the physical eyes, and your Metaphysical eyes, sights you’ve seen that you want to un-see. Negative imagery. The list goes on…..
This is the same for the ears.
I have to mention the skin, this also takes in our environment, toxins it’s all so relevant for a comprehensive healing.
Oxygen breathing in and out through our mouth and nose, yes of course we do - but we ‘breathe’ in sights and sounds while we breathe through our nose and mouth.
I love the work I do. 💕
