Kat Pilates Welcome to the Wonderful World of Pilates....
Pilates is a form of fitness that conditions the body through flexibility, muscle strength and endurance.

Pilates focuses on the core and spinal position to improve balance and coordination. My name is Kat and I love Pilates!! Initially I started Pilates for recovery as I have a recurring condition that weakens the cartilage in my knees and was forever in surgery. Now it is my LIFE!! Every Pilates class I teach or participate in leaves me feeling revitalized and STRONG! I try to bring some sass and fun to every class and I hope to see you in a class soon. Hi lovely people.
Just a heads up that I’ve reduced my classes at this point in time due to work/life balance.
I have one Permanent weekly class on:
Sun 10.15 am Genesis Health and Fitness Thuringowa
This is a Pilates reformer class.

I would love to get back to some pilates mat work classes at some stage. Or start an online library! Who would be keen?
