Hi my name is Lauren 🙂
I offer Soul Guidance - psychic connection sessions with the goal of meeting you deeply where you are at and helping you to reconnect to your personal power, soul gifts and empower you in your ability to shift your path through awareness of your patterns , lessons, growth and overall wellness. Soul guidance is about putting the power back in your hands to know who you are here to be and make empowered decisions to better yourself through connection to your highest self and energies this is all possible!
In these sessions I also connect to the future and loved ones in spirit often offer guidance as well but the real power I believe is in helping you to understand who you are here to be and to see your full brilliance, growth and power to choose the path you want! And I love helping people to see that path ahead more clearly often fast tracking career, relationship and personal development goals.
I also am an intuitive healer - I offer in depth sessions a combination of reiki, sound healing, crystal healing, energetic alignment, earth energies healing mediumship cord cutting and past life healing.
I am also a teacher of Usui Reiki with classes upcoming in the next few months.
And amongst my offerings I love offering free meditations and guidance in my free Facebook group In my “Soul Saturdays Sessions”.
