I offer a different approach to Remedial Massage Therapy. My technique uses a combination of relaxation and deep tissue methods with some trigger point therapies, incorporating light to firm pressure. Offering a gentle and nurturing treatment approach to the body dysfunction presented. I do not believe in causing pain, the old saying "no pain no gain" does not exist in my treatment room. Mild discomfort can be felt when receiving a massage over tender areas, but at no time should you experience pain. For each session I offer a free consultation, this is extra to your massage treatment time; of 15-20 minutes for initial visits and 10 to 15 minutes for follow up sessions. If you book for a 60 minute massage, I provide a full 60 minute massage with consultation and assessment separate to this. Please allow between 75 and 90 minutes for a 60 minute booking, between 105 and 120 minutes for a 90 minute booking. Therapy sessions are conducted in a private, confidential, and professional treatment room. My treatment room has its own entrance/exit. Private Health Fund rebates are available for clients with “extras” covering Remedial Massage Therapy for all Australian Health insurers, please check with your health fund for eligibility.
