My approach acknowledges that there are always two experts in the room. I work with individuals, couples and families experiencing trauma, grief and loss, and adjustment issues. My experience has been gained in both public and private hospital and health domains. My approach seeks to understand the experience of the individual, promote awareness, connection and skill development with an emphasis on developing a strong therapeutic alliance in the process. A solutions focused, strengths based approach is utilised to understand and empower your unique circumstance, uncover existing coping skills and provide new strategies for how to manage life's challenges.
