A couple of months ago my life took an extraordinary change in direction.

Quite unexpectedly the week before i had gone through a dramatic set of circumstances which had left me devasted yet in perfect timing the Universal Creator had very different ideas about where i was heading.

One morning after my walk I received a message to check my Instagram and lo and behold I had won a 5 day Breathwork Training immersion and coaching package with Trey Williams, world renowned Breathwork and Conscious Creator Coach on the Gold Coast.

Trey had never offered this package before however he was guided by Spirit to do so. To enter, we asked to write our why we wanted this prize.

Quite honestly when I saw I had won, I had to go back and see what I had wrote. I was blown away with the words before me, as i couldnt remember writing them therefore must have been channeled through me from Spirit also.

The Breath and breathing correctly has been a life long passion of mine in helping people in the healing journey so to be in a room full of like minded and dedicated people for this time was a dream come true.

The 5 day immersion was definitely life changing on so many levels. The mix of theory and practical was tempered with an unlocking of my true self and letting go of many other parts that no longer served me.

Trust - a constant theme in all my offerings as a healing practitioner, was ramped up big time especially when experiencing such intense emotions with the TBM Breathwork Trey teaches.

I’m now at the stage of nearly finishing my certification however I wanted to share with you all the video below of my Mentor sharing our daily practice.

I recommend watching first, saving the vid and then watching and practicing daily.

This TBM sequence creates self regulation by switching you into your calm state.
