Inspire Exercise Physiology commenced on 2nd of October, 2018. We provide exercise physiology services to the Townsville community as we are passionate about assisting clients in managing their chronic health conditions and helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP)'s assess your health and fitness capabilities, along with any health conditions that you may be suffering, and tailor a range of treatment modalities to assist you in achieving your healthier lifestyle.
