Babysmiles has a series of workshops, run one-on-one with parents, starting with expectant parents on how to care for a baby from birth and this continues through the years. Parenting is a tough gig…

Everyday in my clinic I meet parents. Tired parents. Often simply just worn out. This parenting gig is pretty full-on.

Yes we know how much we love our children, but we are our own greatest critics.

Often asking ourselves: what are we doing that is wrong? Feeling guilty for oh about a hundred things.

Listen and looking at other parents and judging ourselves on what we see. Like... the muesli slice should have been home made not store bought, I should be doing more craft, what about speaking a second or third language, or the kids need more outside time and less electronics….
