Bite-sized, crunchy and packed with flavour.
The red curry flavour is insane and has a nice little kick.

They also come in:

• Sticky Mango Rice

Definitely one for the snack lovers.

Autoimmune Disease Awareness Month 💛

Living with an autoimmune condition is not just about “being careful with food.”

It’s the mental load.
The unpredictability.
The invisible fatigue.
The flares that don’t make sense.
The advocating for yourself — again and again.

There are over 80 autoimmune conditions.
Many are invisible.
Most are complex.

And no — nutrition doesn’t “cure” autoimmune disease.
But it can absolutely support your body.

✔️ Stable blood sugar
✔️ Consistent nourishment
✔️ Gut support (when relevant)
✔️ Sleep & recovery
✔️ Stress management
✔️ Identifying triggers

Small, consistent foundations matter.

As someone living with an autoimmune disease, I know how unpredictable it can feel. Some days are manageable. Some aren’t.

But supporting your body isn’t about perfection.
It’s about reducing the load where you can.

If you’re navigating autoimmune disease:
You’re not lazy.
You’re not dramatic.
Your body is working overtime.

And you don’t have to figure it out alone 💛

If this resonates, tell me what you find hardest about managing your condition 👇

When you’re looking for a quick, easy but filling dinner… and you remember there’s homemade tomato soup in the freezer 👏

Defrost in the microwave while the pasta cooks.
Toss it all together.
Top with Parmesan and fresh basil.

And just like that — dinner is served 🍝✨

Simple. Budget-friendly. Zero fuss.

Strawberry marble chocolate from 🍓🍫

Look at those swirls 🤎🍓 — creamy milk, white & dark chocolate as well as strawberry marbled together and almost too pretty to break (almost).

Popped into our local shop for coffee beans and somehow walked out with this beauty as well… no regrets.

New product review 👀

Popcorn Bars – Choc

I grabbed a pack to try… but at $7.50 for 5 bars, this won’t be a regular buy for us.
I’d love to try the other flavours too, but I’ll wait until they’re on special.

Now for the taste 👇🏼

They’re actually really good.
Light, crunchy, chocolatey and really enjoyable when you need a sweet afternoon snack to curb those sugar cravings.

Each bar is 85 calories, so they’re a nice portion-controlled option when you want “a little something” without opening a whole block of chocolate.

Not super filling — but that’s kind of the point.
They’re a light, sweet treat… not a full snack.

We’ll probably stick to the sea salt snack bags for regular buys and keep these as an occasional arvo sweet fix.

Would I buy again?
Yes — when they’re on sale.

Creamy Pesto Chicken 🌿

He’s done it again 🤍

Juicy chicken breast topped with creamy pesto made from our home-grown basil, finished with toasted pine nuts for that perfect crunch.

Served with simple greens because balanced plates don’t need to be complicated.

Real food.
Good ingredients.
Made at home.

Sometimes the best meals are the simplest ones — especially when it’s cooked for you 😉

Big news. 🔥

IgniteHER Nutrition has evolved into Ignite Nutrition Co.

Over the past year, this brand has grown beyond what it originally started as. I’ve worked with women, teens, families and clients navigating chronic conditions — and it became clear it was time for a name that reflects all of it.

This isn’t a change in values.
It’s a bigger vision.

What stays the same:
• Evidence-based, practical nutrition
• Real-life strategies (no extremes)
• Performance, women’s health & family support
• Science-backed guidance you can trust

What’s expanding:
• A more inclusive space
• Broader support across life stages
• Resources that meet you where you’re at

The mission remains:
Fuel your body. Elevate the life you live.

Same standards.
Same integrity.
Bigger reach.
