Hot choccy mug “cake” for breakfast? Yes please! 🍫✨ These are a favourite for my son when we want something a little special in the morning. I make his with rolled oats, and for me I use GF porridge.

Only 2 mins prep + 2 mins in the microwave = a quick, easy & delicious brekkie for those rushed mornings. Perfect topped with frozen berries! 🍓💖can we just take a sec to admire that gorgeous sunlight that comes through my window in the morning ☀️

☀️ The weather is giving total summer vibes, so I’m back on the overnight Weetbix train!
Layered with mango yoghurt, fresh mango, and topped with a drizzle of melted white chocolate — this was so refreshing and delicious. 🥭

Light, creamy, and a little bit indulgent… exactly what I felt like on this gorgeous spring morning.

A kitchen filled with chatter and excitement as we baked up a storm in our gluten free, plant-based baking class at 🌱✨ From tahini chocolate balls and rich chocolate blood orange mousse to hummingbird cake, strawberry cheesecake, banana pistachio ice cream and an upside-down pie – proof that wholesome baking can be both creative and delicious.
