Gave the pad see ew kit a try tonight and it was such an easy, tasty win 🌟
It’s all natural, gluten free, and no added msg, which is a huge bonus — and it comes together in about 20 minutes.

I added a few extras to boost the veggies (onion, carrot and asian greens) and it turned out so delicious.
And the best part? My fussy kid cleared his entire plate — that’s basically a gold medal in this house 😅🍜✨

I cut the loaf in half, gave it a light toast, then layered on crispy bacon, a fried egg, smoky cheese and fresh spinach… absolutely unreal.

Vegi bread drom is honestly becoming a go-to for me — super easy to make, so versatile, and the flavour/texture combo just hits every time. Simple ingredients, big payoff. 🤌🏼✨

Today’s creation: Festive Rocky Road.

Marshmallows, raspberry lollies, peanuts, rice bubbles, caramel, mini m&m’s — all mixed through melted milk chocolate and finished with a drizzle of white chocolate.

✨ Simple, fresh, and exactly what my body wanted this morning.
A bowl of mango, kiwi, and strawberries with a big spoonful of yoghurt and a sprinkle of chia seeds — nothing fancy, just real food doing its thing.

Why this makes such a good brekkie:
• Protein + probiotics from the yoghurt → keeps you fuller for longer and supports gut health.
• Vibrant fruit → natural energy, vitamin c for immunity, fibre for digestion, and antioxidants to fight inflammation.
• Chia seeds → tiny but mighty; they add omega-3s, extra fibre, and help steady blood sugar so you don’t crash mid-morning.

Honestly… it’s colourful, nourishing, and takes about 2 minutes to throw together. A little reminder that breakfast doesn’t have to be complicated to feel good. 🥣💛✨

These corn & zucchini fritters come out golden, fluffy, and a little bit smoky thanks to the mix of eggs, chickpea flour, almond milk, and a good pinch of paprika worked right into the batter. They’re light but still satisfying, with enough protein and fibre to keep you going without the mid-afternoon crash.

The chilli-spiked guac adds that creamy, energising healthy-fat hit, and the fresh tomato–onion salsa brings brightness, vitamin C, and that juicy crunch that pairs so well with crispy fritters. It’s a simple combo, but everything balances — fresh, nourishing, colourful, and seriously tasty. 💛

Townsville has some incredibly hardworking young swimmers, and next month they’ll be heading to Brisbane to take on Queensland’s best at State Championships. Their coaches are running a fundraiser to help cover the costs so no athlete has to miss out due to finances.

A few of these swimmers are also my nutrition clients, so I’ve seen firsthand just how hard they train and how much heart they put into their sport.

Every little bit helps, and anything you’re able to contribute will make a real difference for these kids. X

We are raising funds to cover travel and competition costs for Townsville swimmers who compete in individual events at the State LC Championships in December.

Another delicious meal in Cairns from Cafe Thailand (just near the Esplanade) 🌴
All their curries, stir-fries, and soups can be made gluten free — such a win! 🙌

I ordered the garlic and pepper beef stir-fry with rice as takeaway and enjoyed it back in our hotel room after a long, hot day out.
It was the perfect cosy dinner to wind down with — flavourful, full of veggies, and just what we needed to relax and chill for the evening 🍚🥦💛

Think Wagon Wheel… but gluten free and better. 🙌
The raspberry centre is honestly too good to even put into words — perfectly sweet and tangy in all the right ways.
And that biscuity filling? I actually double-checked the packet to make sure it was really gluten free… and yep, it is. ✨

Sweet, but not too sweet.
But seriously, I just can’t get past how good that raspberry is. 🍓💕 Thanks for creating such delicious sweet gluten free treats so we don’t feel like we are missing out.

Before heading home after a big weekend of futsal for my son, we stopped here for a delicious breakfast by the water at — and the view did not disappoint! 🌊

Most of their menu can be made gluten free, which is such a win. I ordered the bacon and egg burger served on seeded gluten-free toast with a side of crispy sweet potato chips — absolutely yum! 🥓🍳🍠

It was too warm for coffee, so I went for the mango smoothie, and it was incredible — creamy, refreshing, and tropical perfection. 🥭

Highly recommend stopping by if you’re ever in Cairns. We’ll definitely be back! 💛
