Our group classes are led by degree-qualified Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists, making sure every session is safe, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
With 15+ different classes each week, there’s something for everyone - whether you’re building strength, improving balance, recovering from injury, or just want to move more confidently.
Here’s what’s on offer:
STRONGER FOR LONGER
Evidence-based strength training delivered in a progressive 6-week format.
CIRCUIT
A mix of cardio and resistance, suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
PILATES WITH SAM
Matwork Pilates focused on core control, endurance, and flexibility.
HYDROTHERAPY
A low-impact session in warm water, supporting strength, mobility, and pain relief.
