Our Group Class Timetable is here.
From strength and mat Pilates to our Cardio class, our group sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and move well in a supportive environment.
You might have noticed we’ve been quietly trialling a Cardio class for a little while now… and it’s officially here to stay on the timetable.
All sessions are guided by our degree-qualified exercise team and are included with gym membership. Casual passes are also available.
