Changes coming…
The start of 2026 has given me space to reflect, and I’ve realised it’s time for some changes.

Over time, my work has slowly expanded — more hours, more flexibility, more evenings — and while this has come from a place of care, it’s also highlighted the importance of stronger boundaries. Not just for me and my family, but for the quality and sustainability of the work I offer.

I’m in the process of reshaping how I work. What this will look like exactly, I’ll share soon once it’s clear, but it will include working less, holding firmer boundaries, and staying true to the kind of treatments and schedule that feel aligned for me.

I love what I do and I want to keep loving it. That means focusing on work I can deliver with presence and care. It also gives me time to develop new offerings and projects that I’m excited to bring to life in the coming months.

Alongside this, I’m choosing to support myself better outside of work too: getting help where needed, making time for movement, hobbies, rest and enjoyment, so I can continue to show up fully and consistently.

Thank you for your support — I’m excited to share what’s next soon.

😞Unfortunately for us we have just decided to cancel our trip away due to the weather: there is a lot more rain predicted and we don’t want to get stuck so fortunately for you I’m opening my roster up instead. So plenty availability Monday 12th- Saturday 17th of January.

Grab a drink (didn’t say alcoholic, but possible of course🤣) and get yourself organised for the new year. Book your massages and self care treatments ahead for the year. Check who has online bookings and start booking them in.

This way you are prepared for the year, you will actually use your health fund if you have it and you have a treatment on a day and time that suits you. You can make reoccurring appointments, at least in my online booking system.

My online booking system allows bookings about 5 months ahead, although of course I can book more in advance for you. Hope to see you soon, x

Due to cancellations and rescheduling I have 3 remaining appointments before Christmas

today Wednesday at 4pm for 60 or 90 minutes.
Thursday 18/12/25 at 2.30pm (60 or 90 minutes)
Monday 22nd at 5.15pm (60 minutes)

These are the last 3 appointment before Christmas, get in quick if you need a massage. Book in online to grab your spot as I will be with clients.

Today is the day! After my morning yoga session it was finally time to paint the front door. Due to many oily fingers the paint started peeling so it is time for a refresh. First coat done ✅ Happy Sunday everyone 🌷
