Another day in paradise helping out trekkers at the Destination Adventure Great Island Trek. Thanks to everyone that popped by for taping or a recovery massage and donated to the event charity Fuel For Schools Ltd.

We were able to raise $650 over the day and we will throw in a bit extra to donate $1000 to this important local charity which helps students ensure they have access to essential schooling needs.

As always, shout out to Daina and the crew at Destination Adventure for putting on an amazing event.

Post-Event massage ($10) at the finish line 10.30 am - 2.30 pm.

All proceeds will be donated to the event charity Fuel For Schools Ltd.

CASH ONLY - No EFTPOS facilities will be available.

Their ongoing support and expertise have been invaluable in keeping our athletes in peak condition, and we’re looking forward to another strong partnership both on and off the court.

We hope everyone continues to stay safe.

With the expected peak of the flood to be 7-8am tomorrow morning, we will reopen for appointments from 1pm tomorrow afternoon, Tuesday 04/02/25.

We have had another T-REXcellent day at The Great Island Trek! Thanks to Daina and the crew from Destination Adventure for inviting us to be part of your awesome event.

Thank you to all that popped by for taping or a recovery massage and for chipping in some $$$ to a great cause. From the funds raised we will be donating $1000 to The Women’s Centre Safe Nights Progam!

It’s time to hit the island again to support the participants of Destination Adventure’s Great Island Trek and to raise some $$$ for a local cause.

We will be available for taping ($5 donation) and advice 6am-7am at the starting line and we will be waiting at the finish line offering 10 minute recovery massages ($10 donation). We won’t have EFTPOS facilities so please bring some cash.

All funds raised will be donated to the event charity - The Women’s Centre’s Safe Nights Townsville Project.

Another day in paradise! A huge thank you to Daina and crew from Destination Adventure for inviting us to be part of the Bay to Base event.

Well done to everyone who hit the trails and thank you to those who donated for taping or a recovery massage helping us to raise over $750. We will chip in a little extra to donate $1000 to Brighter Lives Townsville Hospital Foundation.

A huge thank you also to our wonderful physio’s Jenny Hodkinson and Lachlan Ainsworth and 3 very kind JCU Physio students who volunteered their time and skills today.

We are gearing up for another great day at Bay to Base thanks to Destination Adventure. We will be available to help out with any injury questions or concerns both before and after your event!

Pre-Race taping will be available at the start line from 6am.

After the race, kick-start your recovery with a well-earned massage.

Taping $5 and Massage $10 for 10 minutes. All proceeds will be donated to Brighter Lives Townsville Hospital Foundation.

No EFTPOS facilities are available so please bring cash.
