Meet Maddi - TSMP’s Senior Receptionist.

When she is not at work you will find her cooking or creating something (we’ve tried her cookies and can confirm they are delicious)

Her favourite meal is anything with seafood.

What she likes most about the team is how collaborative everyone is.

When she was growing up she wanted to be a Teacher.

Maddi is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and our go to problem solver for anything reception or administration related. Make sure to hi next time you’re in.

WE NEED YOUR HELP -

We have seen a significant increase in patients missing confirmed booked appointments, showing up late or requesting non urgent appointment but expecting to be seen the same day.

If you have booked appointments you don't need there is no need to wait until you get the text the day before to cancel.
Please read your confirmation text in full so you are aware of the scheduled time.
If an emergency happens please call us as soon as possible to advice.

These actions would allow us to accommodate other patients requested appointments and ensure the doctors time is not unutilised.

We REALLY appreciate your consideration and assistance.
