You may be eligible for Lifetime Health Cover (LHC) it’s a government rule that adds 2% extra to your hospital cover premium for every year you delay taking it out after 1 July following your 31st birthday. That can add up fast - for example, taking out cover at 40 could mean 20% more each year.

📱🔐 Big news for our mobile App & Online Member Services!

We've just launched person-based logins, all Members aged 16+ on your policy can have their own secure login using their email address, instead of the old Membership Number.

✨ What this means for you:
• Personalised login and access
• Improved security & privacy for all members
• Main policy holders can still manage the policy - unless someone chooses to keep their details private

🛠️ Next steps:
If you haven’t logged in since the update, please re-register using your linked email. If multiple members share one email, the main policyholder will need to update those records before others can sign up.
