Job Opportunity: Female Support Worker
Vision to Care Australia is seeking a Female Support Worker for Community Access. The role involves working flexible hours, with a minimum of 2 hours per session in the afternoon, 3 times a week.
Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated female support worker to assist individuals in accessing community services and activities. The role entails providing tailored support to meet individual needs and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and services.
- Provide companionship and support during outings.
- Encourage participation in social activities.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a support role is desirable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly.
- A valid working with children check and police check (or willingness to obtain).
- Must be able to drive.
