Not all progress shows up on the scale — and that doesn’t mean it’s not working.

Some of the real changes are quieter.
You recover a little better.

Because let’s be honest…

You’re not suddenly waking up at 5am feeling inspired.

Looking for a workout that keeps things challenging and engaging?

HIIT at BF**T combines short bursts of effort with recovery periods to create a balanced, high-intensity session. Each class includes a mix of simple and more complex movements to keep things varied while helping you build strength, fitness, and endurance over time.

You can expect:
• A mix of cardio and strength exercises
• Structured intervals with recovery periods
• Supportive coaching and group energy
• Exercises that can be adapted to different fitness levels

Just as important as the workout itself is the community. From pushing through the final set to celebrating with a high-five at the end of the session, it’s all about supporting each other and enjoying the process.

There are 100’s of gyms out there.. one on every second corner. All screaming the same story.. “get fit fast..” They promise the world and deliver nothing. You pay your fees and they let you in the door... It’s just the way things are right? Sadly for many.. it is... or at least, it was, up until now.
