We tend to honour and commit to the things out of survival and habit and it’s not until we loose a relationship, our body fails have a big event that stops us in our tracks!

When the mind and body don’t feel the same about something it will sabotage it every time to survive! Align the mind body and soul and watch life change!

I felt the race inside me, the one I keep running for others. The urgency to get people to close their loops before 8/8!

As I sit with this, I know I’ve felt it before.�The rescuer energy. The one who jumps in to save. As I sit with this, I listen to the story I’m telling myself:
�“If people don’t choose… I’ll have no friends.” And there it is. The abandonment wound. As I sit with it, I feel where it lives in my body. There’s heat. It’s in my jaw. My shoulder blades.

As I witness the story and breathe through the discomfort. I start to flip the script.
Doing the work doesn’t mean the wound will never reappear.
�It means I can sit in the discomfort.�I can feel it. And I don’t have to run from it.�This is the power of shadow work.
