Adventure awaits but don’t leave your sun protection behind. Sunscreen should always be at the top of your packing list. In Australia, where UV levels are among the highest in the world, sunscreen is an important part of daily sun protection.

Look for sunscreens labelled broad spectrum, which help protect against:
👉UVA rays – cause ageing and wrinkles
👉UVB rays cause sunburn and increase cancer risk

SPF: Go High 🧴
👉SPF 30 blocks around 96.7% of UVB rays
👉SPF 50+ blocks about 98% of UVB rays

Match Your Activity 🏖️
✅Beach days & Bushwalks: Use water-resistant sunscreen and reapply after swimming or sweating.
