Choosing the right brush can be tricky. There’s so many options out there and they all claim to be the best. But here are 3 simple things I look for in a brush!

1 - no cushion! Absolutely no paddles with cushions! Vented brushes only. These are far easier to clean, without worrying about what’s growing behind the cushion! Also means you can use wet or dry.

2 - flexibility! Nice flexible bristles that glide through the hair gently, more flexibility means less pain and more detangling without the pulling.

3 - dual bristles - the shorter coarser bristles are perfect for not only detangling, but a light exfoliation effect on the scalp, helping to remove buildup! The longer thicker bristles allow for detangling even the biggest of knots! This also makes them.
