Our CBT Group Therapy for Mothers offers a supportive and practical space for mums to connect, share experiences, and build skills to manage stress, anxiety, and the challenges of everyday life.

This group is run by Nikki Orr, a mother, Psychologist and the Director of Psylutions Group, bringing both professional expertise and real-life understanding.

Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), we explore how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are connected. You’ll learn how to:
• Manage anxious or self-critical thoughts
• Understand emotional triggers and recognise early signs of stress
• Build a practical coping toolbox for busy or challenging parenting moments

Start Date: Wednesday 29th April
Time: 5:30pm – 7:30pm
Duration: 10 weekly sessions

Get a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP to access Medicare rebates for group therapy.
Session Fee: $56.75
✨You only pay approximately $10 per session after rebate ✨

Limited spaces available to keep the group supportive and personal.
