We service the North Queensland community from our Townsville office. We offer home care services to people living with a disability, older Australians and people returning home after a hospital stay. Our services include companionship, personal care and skilled nursing services. We put our clients first!

Meet the Team |OMER TOPALOVIC | Care Coordinator

Honest, trustworthy and laid‑back, Omer brings a calm and grounded presence to the team.

Born and raised in Brisbane, he recently made the move to Townsville and brings with him nearly ten years of experience as a support worker in Brisbane. Initially interviewing with RAHNQ as a Home Care Worker, Omer showed further interest in the opportunity to take on a role as Care Coordinator and joining the team in the Townsville office in February 2026.

His passion for the industry is matched by his curiosity about the world—Omer loves travelling and learning about different cultures, customs and ways of life. His long‑term dream is to visit as many countries as he can and experience the richness each one has to offer.
