Meet the Team | SAVANNAH TERRAR | Operational Support Manager
Born in Cairns, a love of the outdoors has always been at the heart of Savannah's life, whether exploring the rainforest or diving on the reef. That same spirit of adventure and resilience has guided her career where she previously worked in the Queensland Rural Fire Service, where she's proudly served as both a paid professional and a volunteer for many years. Her work with QFES has taken her across Australia — fighting fires in the ACT, New South Wales, and Queensland — and even overseas in Canada. In addition to this, Savannah has also had significant experience in the disability sector, employment services and various other service based roles in the past.
In October 2025, Savannah joined the RAHFNQ/RAHNQ family as Operations Support Manager. This was a newly created role shared over both regions implemented to support the Care Management team with day-to-day matters, freeing them up so have greater focus on clinical concerns. This role focuses on supporting the Care Coordinators and is well suited to Savannah, bringing her experience and passion for service into a new chapter of leadership and support.
Beyond the uniform, family is Savannah's greatest joy. With five children and two grandchildren, she cherishes every moment they share. One of her biggest dreams is to take them all to Disneyland — creating magical memories together.
