Check out the updated space!

Stage one is done! There is still more to come but for now we would love to welcome you to come check out the studio. Next Saturday 29th January.
Free classes of course! Book through Mindbody.
7.30 - 8.30am Beginner with Jade
9.00 - 10.15am Beginner with Cassie
12.00 - 1.00pm Yin with Jade
You may notice there is a bigger gap between the later classes - we have a special guest popping up that you do not want to miss. You'll have to wait until Monday for the reveal. If you aren't ready to book a class, in that time you can come have a peek, meet the teachers, have a chat and sample the cacao that I share in ceremony. I'm also giving away some passes and a wonderful creation from someone close to my heart. More details to come.

So grateful for all of our students. But a special shout out to these two. Frank and Malcolm attended the most classes in 2021 at . Only 6 the difference between them with the next closest attendee over 40 classes less. Not only are they committed in showing up, they are always willing to give things a go and adapt if they need too.
It's not a competition and everyone has differences in priorities but to say thank you for the support and acknowledge them I gave them a little something each and got a pic in front of the OM wall one last time. It's beautiful but not coming with us. Then they gave me a little something too 🎁🙏. That’s Ayni 💫.
I love that yoga welcomes anybody and everybody and I learn so much from all the different souls that have been in my class with me teaching and other times where we were both students.
