Dear All

More Changes …

Townsville City Council have advised that all Community Centres will not be open for hire this current week.
So … no classes on Tuesday or Thursday this week.

Tuesday Tai Chi Classes:
All Tuesday classes will recommence next week Tuesday 11th February at 1:00pm Deeragun and 5:30pm Douglas

Thursday Tai Chi Classes:
All Thursday classes will recommence next week Thursday 13th February at 09:15am Douglas and 5:30pm Douglas.

We will try to keep you posted if anything changes.
In the meantime look after yourselves and each other.

Tai Chi Classes start date change ...
Dear friends, due to the relentless rain events in our area we have decided to cancel our tai chi classes for Tuesday this week.

Tuesday Tai Chi Classes:
All Tuesday classes for Tai Chi for Busy People and Tai Chi for Health Association - Queensland Incorporated will recommence next week Tuesday 11th February at 1:00pm Deeragun and 5:30pm Douglas

Thursday Tai Chi Classes:
At this stage we still intend to offer tai chi classes this Thursday 6th February at 9:15am Douglas and 5:30pm Douglas.

Please stay safe during these challenging times. We look forward to catching up when you are ready.

Another "Year of the Snake" is upon us. time to put a couple of easy resolutions into play. Come join us to learn an easy, gentle mind/body exercise. We have programs suitable for complete beginners to the more advanced participant. Always a welcoming and friendly session with like minded people of all ages and capabilities. Hi All.
Does anyone know of a good mobile car detailer that will come to our place and is familiar with the new Mazda ceramic paint finishes.
I have two cars and would like full car details inside and out, including a bit of tender loving care under bonnet and sub floor.
The full works.
I'm in Kalynda Chase near Tennis Courts.
Thanks in advance for any recommendations.
PS ... I would prefer a professional for this as I really can not risk paint damage or future warranty issues. Sorry to those young boys and girls trying to make a few dollars of spending money.

Hi Everyone.
Just a reminder that you are all welcome to come along to any and/or all our classes. We will be showing up a few minutes earlier for the first class to have time for registration and a small amount of paperwork. The fees are: casual $16/class pensioners $14/class Association Members receive an additional $1 discount. Any additional classes per week are only $5/class.

Hi everyone.
We know that you have all been waiting for our 2024 Class/Sessions Timetable.
Well, here it is.
At the moment we have one (1) free class on Tuesdays at 1:00pm located at North Townville Community Hub [NOTCH], Palm Drive, Deeragun 4818.
We look forward to starting 2024 refreshed and revitalised and hope to see all our friends and new participants at one of our many weekly sessions. Newcomers and absolute beginners are very welcome. Our groups are very supportive and nurturing, so if you have never tried Tai Chi before, then this might be the year to have a go at something that is low impact and gentle to help calm the mind and also get some significant health benefits.
Feel free to share this with your family and friends. Maybe come as a group for moral support. You may even enjoy it. You never know if you never go!
