🏋️Youth Performance🏋️
TPM’s Youth Performance (YP) program is a dynamic, age-appropriate training
program designed to establish a strong athletic base during the formative years of a
young person (12-18 years of age). Our classes align with the Long-Term Athletic
Development (LTAD) framework. This framework emphasises progressive,
developmentally-appropriate training for building physical literacy, injury prevention,
self-efficacy, mental resilience, and lifelong positive relationships with physical
activity.
Our goal:
- Ensuring training is matched to a child’s stage of growth
- Injury Prevention by building stronger athletes.
- Promote physical literacy and participation in exercise
- Build Confidence in a warm and welcoming environment
