Discipline took her all the way to Dubai, where she competed in the Fitness Muscle & Glamour (FMG) bodybuilding competition. 👙🏆
🚀 From Student to Coach
Balancing martial arts, uni, and fitness study, Nikou turned her 2019 Cert IV business plan into reality. In 2025, she launched .coaching! 🎉
