Did you know we have appointments available after hours on Mondays, Thursdays and most Saturdays?

Jo is available most Mondays through Fridays from 8am with last appointments available to start at 6pm on Mondays and Thursdays for an Emmett Technique, Lymphatic Drainage or Scar Tissue Release session.

Appointments are also available most Saturdays from 10am-3pm.

It is just $70 for a 30 minute appointment and $90 for a 45 minute appointment for adults.

$30 for a 15 minute baby appointment; $50 for kids 1-5 years of age and $60 for kids older than 5 years.

Demystifying the Emmett Technique….. the main therapy we offer….

While both use touch, the EMMETT Technique is not massage.

Instead of broad strokes or muscle manipulation, the EMMETT Technique applies gentle, light pressure to specific points on the body, called Emmett Points.

These points help release tension, restore comfort, and support natural movement.

Many people describe the experience as subtle but powerful, often noticing changes after just one session.

Quick update from Bodyworks:

Simone is moving back to New Zealand, with tomorrow, (Friday 27th June), being her last day in clinic. We know you are all going to miss Simone and thought you may like to leave some comments for her below.

Jo is now practicing in clinic full time, available from Monday through to Friday and most Saturdays. After hours appointments are available most Monday and Thursday nights. The occasional Saturday will be spent learning remedial massage.

Anita is available during the day on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with Mondays available by appointment.
