Did you know the Emmett Technique has been known to assist with jaw pain and discomfort?

Therapists can often assist with release of TMJ pain, restricted movement of the jaw, teeth grinding and fascial tension which usually extends to release tension and pain in the neck and shoulders.

The Emmett Technique is a gentle, neuromuscular, complimentary therapy developed by Ross Emmett that uses light finger pressure on specific points to release muscle tension. It is known for producing rapid, often immediate improvement in range of motion and pain reduction.

We may be able to assist you if you experience:
✅ jaw pain and locking
✅ restricted jaw opening
✅ tension headaches
✅ discomfort after a dental visit
✅ discomfort associated with grinding teeth
✅ neck alignment (tension in the neck that contributes to forward head posture which is often linked to jaw issues)

The treatment is non-invasive and can be performed with the client fully clothed and is suitable for toddlers through to the elderly.

No referral necessary.
