These sessions are built for all field sport athletes; touch football, rugby league, soccer, hockey, AFL etc. for athletes who want to separate themselves where it matters most on game day.
The focus is simple and direct:
- Sprint speed and acceleration mechanics
- Change of direction and agility
- On-field conditioning specific to your sport
This isn’t random running. Every session is designed to sharpen technique, improve movement efficiency, and build the physical qualities that actually transfer to performance.
