Our Agelessly Active class is designed specifically for adults 60+ who want to move better, feel better, and stay active in a supportive, no-pressure environment.
This isn’t about pushing to extremes — it’s about building the strength, balance, and confidence that help you live life the way you want to.

Most participants are able to claim a portion of their class fees depending on their health fund. We also support DVA and NDIS clients.
