At my garden the other day i was wondering why my watering can was blocked and water was drizzling out!!!I was pleasantly suprised to find this wee green frog sitting inside blocking the way, a great shower for him lol😂.
Was lovely to see the wee green frog pluse buzzing of the bees.

It was a great reminder that if there is some parts in the body ( chakras or energy centres) that are blocked both physical and mentally then things just don’t work as well as they could.

Self care is essential for us all to clear these blocks to live our best life.
