Port Douglas - We're Visiting! 👋

Varia Allied Health will be in the region this week, connecting with local Support Coordinators and providers.

We specialise in adult Occupational Therapy across physical and neurological conditions, including assistive technology and complex equipment and mobility aid prescription. As part of our ongoing FNQ outreach planning, we are looking to build collaborative relationships within Port Douglas and surrounding communities.

As we welcome the New Year, we would like to sincerely thank all of our clients, families, suppliers, referrers and all of our other networks that we have built this year.

2025 has been a significant year of growth for Varia Allied Health, and we are grateful to be part of the unique journeys of our clients and their families.

At Varia Allied Health, we believe in collaboration over competition! 🤝

We're passionate about supporting our local community and working together to create better outcomes for the participants we work with. We're inviting fellow OT's (including sole traders), support coordinators, suppliers, and other fellow allied health clinicians (physiotherapy, speech pathology, etc.) to connect with us!

We're building a local providers network to strengthen partnerships and help match participants with the right supports, particularly when we know who has capacity, and who offers something unique.

Effective 1st July 2025, NDIS released the new NDIS Pricing Arrangement and Price Limits.

🚗 NDIS have reduced claimable travel funding for Allied Health Professionals by 50% - resulting in impact to service delivery in rural and remote locations within Australia.

🤗Our commitment to you remains. We will continue to travel to communities in need, working closely with rural and remote communities to delivery necessary Occupational Therapy Services. 👩‍🦽👩‍🦼
