Huge thank you to our incredible Silver & Bronze Sponsors who have come on board to support our Men’s Mental Health Lunch 💛

The level of support from our local businesses and community continues to blow me away, this event simply wouldn’t be possible without you. Every single sponsor plays a role in helping us create a space for real conversations, connection, and action around men’s mental health in our community.

If you’ve been thinking about getting involved, there is still time to come on board as a sponsor. We have Bronze, Silver and Gold opportunities available, and we would love to have you part of this important event.

Let’s continue to show what our North Queensland community is capable of when we come together. If you’re interested in sponsoring, send me a message or email to get involved.

I’m really excited to be part of the New Horizons Program with the Townsville Chamber of Commerce over the coming weeks.

This is such a great initiative for our local community, designed to support individuals who are looking to build confidence, develop new skills, and create pathways into employment and future opportunities.

I’ll be delivering a series of sessions focused on Mindset and Energy Management, two areas I’m incredibly passionate about. Because at the end of the day, how we think and how we manage our energy plays a huge role in how we show up, both personally and professionally.

A big shoutout to Natasha Buttler for the work she’s doing to bring this program to life and support people in our community.

If you or someone you know could benefit from being part of this program, I’d highly encourage you to check it out and get involved.

🌟 Gold Sponsor Appreciation 🌟

We’re incredibly proud to acknowledge and thank our Gold Sponsors for getting behind our upcoming Men’s Mental Health Lunch.

This event is only possible because of businesses who choose to invest in something bigger than themselves: community wellbeing, connection, and real conversations that can save lives.

A huge thank you to our Gold Sponsors for their generosity, belief in this event, and commitment to supporting men’s mental health in our region. Your support is helping us create something truly meaningful, while raising funds for TIACS and the life-changing work they do.

When local businesses step up like this, it sends a powerful message: mental health matters, and our community stands behind this cause.

Please support the businesses who support our community 👏

Panel Speaker Announcement 🔥

Kristian Lannu is the Founder and Managing Director of AVAC Services, a veteran-focused advocacy and consulting organisation born from lived experience and a deep commitment to change.

Having faced service-related injury and his own battles with suicidality, Kristian brings a raw, real-world understanding to the work he does supporting veterans through some of their toughest moments.

What started as hands-on support helping veterans navigate complex DVA and compensation systems has grown into something much bigger, a mission to improve systems, raise standards, and remove barriers to care.
Today, Kristian works at a strategic level, strengthening collaboration between government, providers, and community organisations to create more effective, sustainable support for veterans and their families.

With AVAC Services transitioning into a regulated legal firm under Standto Legal in 2026, Kristian continues to push for greater accountability, professionalism, and real impact across the sector. A respected speaker in the mental health and veteran space, Kristian uses his lived experience to challenge stigma, spark important conversations, and advocate for practical solutions that truly make a difference.
