Lia Johnson (Clinical Exercise Physiologist) offers the Onero (TM) exercise program, the gold standard for Osteoporosis, along with a passion for the outdoors and exercise as medicine. The business is run by Lia Johnson, an accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Townsville's first certified Onero(TM) coach. The program is designed to improve bone density and reduce the risk of fractures in individuals with osteoporosis and osteopenia. The class sizes are small, the environment is fun, motivating and inclusive and the goal is to improve bone density and enhance overall well-being.

🌟 NEW CLASS TIMES TRIAL – NOVEMBER 🌟

πŸ•Ÿ Onero classes will trial new start times in November:
➑️ **4:30 PM** (was 4:00 PM)
➑️ **5:30 PM** (was 5:00 PM)

This change is all about making it easier to join after work and to aid in missing school finish times β€”less rush, more movement, same great energy.
