Imprint Care is a brand new business owned locally operating in Townsville, and also catering to surrounding areas. Our vision is to brighten the community one imprint at a time whilst focusing on the community that deserves the greatest care and respect. Empowering each other and imprinting our footsteps in the community by providing 5 star quality care. We have weekly group activities such as morning teas and meeting with the K9 Therapy Angels fortnightly.

๐Ÿ˜ท Masks will no longer be required indoors, except in healthcare settings, residential aged care, disability accommodation, prisons, public transport, airports and on planes.
๐Ÿ  There will be no limit on the number of household visitors.
๐Ÿ’’ There will be no limit on the number of people at businesses or venues.

Wearing a mask, washing your hands and social distancing are all proven, effective ways to protect yourself and others.

While many restrictions are easing as the wave of COVID-19 slows in Queensland, we still encourage you to protect yourself and others by wearing a mask where you see fit.

Introducing one of Imprint Care Support Workers from the Ingham and Cardwell area, Michaeline!

Michaeline has been with Imprint Care for almost two years and loves that she is constantly meeting new people of different cultures, ages, disabilities and personalities.

Michaeline's favorite colour is green and her hobbies including things like fishing, camping, gardening and going to the movies. In fact, Michaeline doesn't have a favorite movie but her go to genres include drama and Disney.

Michaeline's favourite type of animal are dogs and has a husky that she is yet to show the office staff a picture of!

Michaeline enjoys working with Imprint Care because the clients and her fellow co workers are treated with respect and management are always ready to help with any issues or answer any questions to the best of their abilities.

The A List is launching on the 30th October 2021!

A national online platform, The A List will help young people and their families access โ€˜autism-friendlyโ€™ social and group activities.

The platform provides young people with the ability to search for and book activities from both mainstream and specialised organisations all around Australia, including peer support groups and community options.

Introducing one of Imprint Care's valued Support Workers in the Ingham area, Beya.

Beya has been with Imprint Care since April after deciding that retirement just wasn't for her. Beya re-entered the health industry and became a Support Worker to make people understand that everyone is unique and different and it should be celebrated and loved, she has plenty of love to go around after all.

Beya's favourite colour is green and her favourite movie is 'A Beautiful Mind'.

Beya's spends her free time doing art, quilting, writing, reading, cooking amazing food, learning about history and politics, and of course, being the best Grandma in the world!

Beya has a cat called Binni, and two frequent visitors called Tina the Goanna and Charlie the Crocodile, plus all the wild birds that she likes to feed.

Beya enjoys working for Imprint Care because the ease of communication and interaction between management, herself and other staff members and the rapport with her clients. Imprint Care has made her feel part of one big family.

During Mental Health Awareness Month, it is important to reflect on the activities that you enjoy doing to better improve your mental state.

This particular client loves all things physical and goes line dancing every week. At the end of the day, after a tough gym session he loves going to the shops to get a choccy milk with his support worker.
