It is our intention to provide professional and therapeutic massage to help you reach your health and wellness goals. We understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. In consideration of your time, our therapists and all our patients, we have implemented the followin
g policies:
ARRIVAL POLICY
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time, 15 minutes prior for initial appointments. This provides time to prepare for the session and make the most of your scheduled time while allowing for an unhurried experience. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of treatment given, the full appointment fee for the time scheduled for you will be charged. CANCELLATION POLICY
• If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24hrs in advance. Please understand that appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time. Cancellation less than 24hrs of your appointment will incur a 100% appointment fee unless prior arrangements are made with the Director of SALVE. All fees must be paid before another appointment can be attended or scheduled. NO SHOW POLICY
• Patients who fail to show for a scheduled appointment will incur a 100% appointment fee unless prior arrangements are made with the Director of SALVE. If a patient fails to show multiple times (2 or more) they will be asked to pre-pay for any future services to be booked. VACCINATION POLICY
• All patients who have received a vaccination OF ANY FORM, including COVID-19, Flu or Shingles vaccination/booster will be unable to receive treatments at our clinic for 4 weeks post injection date. This is applicable after the initial injection, subsequent injection/s and includes any booster shots. ADDITIONAL POLICIES
• Patients under 18 must have a guardian present or have consent to be treated without a guardian present.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. This includes, but is not limited to, anyone requesting treatment or services outside our scope of service. We will exercise this right if anyone arrives for their appointment under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, exhibits inappropriate behaviour, or does not meet the means of standard cleanliness. We reserve the right to charge for the full session, whether the service was rendered or not. INFORMED CONSENT
• The treatment plan will be discussed with you at your scheduled sessions. During your first visit with us you will be asked to sign the consent statement that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with our attendance policies.
