Down the track they will share their wonderful news with their families and friends.

Have you missed me?

I was diagnosed with breast cancer 14 months ago.
Today I finished my treatment and can proudly call myself a survivor - thanks to an amazing multidisciplinary medical team, and the incredible support of my much-loved family and friends.

This means I’m coming off the bench and back into the game of marrying loved up couples.
I’ll be available for weddings from May 1 so let’s talk about your upcoming celebration.

Ps yes, I did raise a glass in celebration with a fellow survivor tonight.

The last time I provided witnesses for a couple that was eloping, I called on a couple of fabulous celebrants from our amazing association, Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants.
They truly understood how special my couple's day was and even helped capture a few lovely photos for them.

As part of a marriage ceremony in Australia, the couple must nominate two people to be their official witnesses. These people will sign the legal paperwork with you on the day and must be over the age of 18. If you are not able to supply witnesses for your ceremony, chat with your Celebrant about the options available to you.
