This came up in my feed and I thought I had to share, so many people have traumatic pasts, and then when they find a genuine good person who treats them right, they sabotage the relationship because they haven't healed their traumas and are afraid to accept the joy and happiness back into their lives.

Heal those traumas so that you can find that happiness within yourself first and then hopefully if you want to you can expand and share that happiness with someone special who deserves the amazing person you are.
