Level up🤯

What have I been doing?

I've been expanding my skills and knowledge by completing my level one in Integral sound healing. This has been an incredible journey. I have meet some lovely humans on the way and seen more personal growth and expansion. Unfortunately due to the boundaries of the course Im unable to offer this service right now

However I will be growing these skills even more and I have signed up to do my Diploma in sound healing, Starting later this year😬

During my growth process I will be giving FREE sound healings, as I gain more skills and knowledge so watch this space😉 It will be a great way to experience sound healing without a financial commitment, Just need to offer your time🙏

On another note I have a big project in the works which Im really excited about hoping to have this launched by the end of the year. I can't give to many details at this point but I will give you a hint Its so sparkly😏

What is Reiki?

Reiki was developed in the late 19th century by Dr Mikao Usui in Japan

Reiki is a non-invasive and a non-manipulative form of healing. The qualified reiki practitioner will place their hand in a sequence of hand position around the body.

During the session you may feel warmth or cold your body may twitch, your tummy may rumble or you may feel nothing at all.

Reiki is a natural form of healing. It is beautiful and non invasive. If you are open I recommend giving it ago. This healing can be transformational 🙏

Come get a Reiki session AND it will start off the right way. In the session we will try and clear any blocked emotion stored in the body from the roller-coaster of 2020. You will come out feeling incredible.

Did you know that animal's can benefit from reiki too?

I love to give chester here a little bit of reiki energy and it helps him in so many different ways the main one is sleep if he has had a very anxious day and is very worked up the energy helps to relax the poor little fella and then he gest a good nights rest. He is almost like a different dog the next day!

I just wanted to touch base with everyone and let you know what is going on. I am very excited to finally being able to put myself out there and make a difference in your life however I have had a block with posting. For me at this current stage posting feels like a chore I write a post read it 10 times make sure all the grammar and spelling is correct read it another 10 times then if im lucky I will hit the post button. I do this because at a young age I got given a label. The label of dyslexia and being given this label of dyslexia I unconsciously went out to the world and tired to prove it was right. Spelling and writing has always been hard for me and there have been times when I have commented on somthing if be on here or on reddit and ive gotten a reply saying that its not grammatically correct or it is not spelt right or that I have used the incorrect terminology of a word honestly it felt like s**t. Having this happen really concreted the label of dyslexia and it didn't make me want to comment or post or even put myself out there I have been in fear to do so

So Im just letting you know it is okay not to be perfect. Im far from it. Just do what feels right. I may post and it may have a few errors but honestly who cares we are only human. I just want to be real with you all I appreciate all the support I have gotten in this new venture and I cant wait to connect with you all.
